Shipping

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Germany. Orders are dispatched from our warehouses located in Germany and France, so delivery times may vary slightly depending on which warehouse fulfills your order.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping is free of charge and typically takes four to five business days from the date of dispatch.

Insured Express Shipping is available for a fee of 4.95 euros and typically takes two to three business days from the date of dispatch. This option includes shipment insurance and priority handling.

Please note that delivery times are estimates that begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order was placed. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes during promotional periods.

Order Processing

We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays are processed on the next available business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

After an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible, so please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Taxes and Duties

All prices displayed on our website include applicable German value added tax. Since we ship exclusively within Germany from our warehouses in Germany and France, no additional customs duties or import charges apply to your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at info@dasuin.com within five business days of delivery and include photos of the damage so that we can assist you promptly.
