We ship to customers in Germany only, sending orders from our warehouses located in Germany and France. We currently offer two shipping options.
Standard Shipping is offered free of charge and typically takes four to five business days.
Insured Express Shipping is offered for a fee of 4.95 euros and typically takes two to three business days.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.
Section 11: Taxes and Duties
All prices displayed on our website include any applicable value added tax unless otherwise stated. Since our products are shipped exclusively within Germany from our warehouses in Germany and France, no additional customs duties apply to your order.
